Alexander Majors Second Investigation 2011

ELITE Paranormal of Kansas City

The Alexander Majors Home

Kansas City, Missouri

04/15/2011

ELITE Paranormal of Kansas City investigated the Alexander Majors House in Kansas City, Missouri again in April of 2011. The investigation involved not only the main home but also the barn and the blacksmith shop.
The Alexander Majors House is a 19th century home built by Alexander Majors, a freight shipping businessman who was also one of the men behind the Pony Express. The home was built in 1856 and is one of the oldest surviving homes in the area. No paranormal investigations had been conducted in the home prior to 2011. There wasn’t much of a background of any haunted history in the home prior to our visit. We attempted to build upon our previous investigation and see if we could repeat and clarify some of our previous experiences.
During this investigation there were Civil War reenactors camped out on the lawn. We hoped their presence would serve to enhance activity in the home. The night proved to be a stormy one and it rained throughout the investigation. This investigation was totally different than our first visit in February. There was little in the way of personal experiences or any activity whatsoever. The smell of perfume was smelled by several investigators in the kitchen and dining room but for the most part it was quiet. We did a lockdown of the main house and ran our equipment for a time with no people within the home and we were able to capture some audio.
After the fact, we did find some EVPs in our audio and we did have some interaction this time in our MEL-SB7 spirit box. All of the audio we captured is displayed below.
